NIL Technology (NILT) has fabricated an ultra-high complexity full eye-piece surface relief grating master as part of The AR Consortium, a group of leading European companies within the AR waveguide ecosystem. This master features multi-depth slanted gratings with 18 distinct grating sections. NILT achieves tight tolerances on pitch, depth, and structure fidelity across every section. This work demonstrates NILT’s capability to realize the most complex AR waveguide designs in the industry.
